Hans Heinrich built a total of 193 organs during his time as an organ builder in Maxmo. Heinrich came to Maxmo 1964 and started building a new organ for Maxmo church. During many years, Heinrich was one of the biggest employers in the municipality. After his retirement 2009, he moved to Ekenäs and donated this organ museum to Maxmo hembygdsförening.

In the museum there is a couple of usable organs as well as a big selection of tools for organ building. There is also some miscellaneous objects, such as mice and swallow nests that he found in the organ pipes during the years.

The museum is only open by appointment.
